General Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Payments confirm reservation of a spot, resources, and operational costs

  • Fawry’s responsibility is limited to payment collection. For any related issue, please contact us

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Program cancellation by SANE

  • Duplicate or incorrect payment due to technical error

In such cases, refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Fawry.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Non-attendance or late arrival

  • Withdrawal after program start date

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days, depending on Fawry and banking procedures.
